How to show data by dates in oracle?
I have a table with records like this
ID Competition StartDate EndDate
1 A 01-Jan-10 31-Dec-13
2 B 01-Jul-13 15-Aug-13
3 C 15-Aug-12 27-Sept-13
4 D 20-Oct-11 10-Jan-12
What I want is to get data based on dates which will be coming from a text
box. For e.g If I need to search records from 1st Jul 2013 to 1st Aug 2013
then it should show competitions which have appear between search dates
including the active ones which have end date greater than to date
